The Vision
An elderly couple desired a tranquil yet vibrant home, a space that would offer both peaceful solitude and the joyful gatherings of family.
The Transformation
The design strategy centered on creating a balance of opposites, merging luxury and practicality. Wooden dividers were placed to add warmth and intimacy, while smooth marble flooring provided an expansive feel. A strategically placed jhoola became the heart of the space, offering an immediate sense of comfort and respite.
A sophisticated lighting scheme, featuring chandeliers and soft recessed lighting, complemented with rich fabrics and textures was implemented to enhance the ambiance. Ample storage solutions were integrated to ensure both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
The Result
By the culmination of these design choices we created a haven that embodies the harmonious balance of opposites. It successfully accommodates both intimate family moments and grand celebrations, creating a space where serenity and vibrancy coexist.
